Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. You will operate within Chase Home Lending, adhering to regulatory requirements while promoting the bank's home lending products.

The role focuses on guiding clients to homeownership, mentoring branch staff, and collaborating across teams to deliver a superior customer experience. A strong knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and reports within formal structures.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on analysis and product knowledge.
