Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Builds strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Acts as the internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining relationships with customers.
• Demonstrates consultative skills to recommend solutions based on financial analysis and customer needs.
