Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers through the life of the loan, with support from the Home Lending team.

You will ensure regulatory compliance while marketing Chase financial products and guiding clients toward homeownership. You will coach branch teams, meet with customers, collaborate on marketing efforts, and build strong partnerships to origin mortgage loans, acting as the internal and external mortgage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience with centralized marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers as the internal and external mortgage expert.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
