Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle. You will guidance on home lending products while adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will train branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and drive originations through cross-sell and marketing initiatives, becoming the mortgage expert within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
