Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. The role combines mortgage product knowledge with client counseling to promote responsible homeownership.

Applicants should have 3+ years of mortgage lending experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Regulatory compliance and NMLS registration are required, with a focus on FHA/VA guidelines and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and connects them with bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Acts as the mortgage expert and maintains strong relationships with customers.
