Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers through the life of the loan, guiding them in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will collaborate with branch teams, mortgage professionals, and marketing resources to drive loan originations and an exceptional client experience.

The role requires strong knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, a sales mindset, and the ability to analyze financial needs to recommend suitable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds reputation as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to recommend solutions based on financial analysis and customer needs.
