Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, delivering expert guidance on FHA/VA guidelines and loan programs.

The role emphasizes sales experience, real estate knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with branch teams to grow mortgage originations while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge.
