Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will apply deep knowledge of mortgage products, stay compliant with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with team members to promote solutions that fit client needs.

The role focuses on guiding clients toward homeownership, mentoring staff, and building relationships with retail branches to grow mortgage originations within footprint territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
