Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle. You will support and train branch staff, collaborate on marketing efforts, and promote mortgage originations while acting as a trusted mortgage expert for customers.

The role requires a strong background in mortgage lending, knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, and excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships and drive sales in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
