Qualifications

• Residential Mortgage experience required.
• 1+ year previous sales, credit and/or finance experience required.
• Proven product sales capability is required.
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience is preferred.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing alternatives.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws and RESPA.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situation and lending needs to achieve home ownership goals.
• Collect and analyze information on income, assets, debts, and credit history.
• Assess eligibility for lending solutions and recommend suitable options.
• Advise on risks, benefits, and consequences of lending alternatives.
• Promote Citi's lending services to real estate agents and referral sources.
• Coordinate with Operations, Processors, and Underwriters to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to drive new business.
