Job summary

JPMorgan Chase invites applications for a Senior Home Lending Advisor. You will serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, guiding them with knowledge of home lending products and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with bankers and branches to promote mortgage originations, deliver excellent customer experiences, and act as a trusted mortgage expert within the team and with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via central marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
