Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying expertise in home lending products and FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. This role supports growth of mortgage origination within Chase Home Lending and helps clients achieve homeownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Work with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with the team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develop a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, and function within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Establish yourself as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
