Job summary

Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, applying deep mortgage knowledge and regulatory oversight to guide borrowers from pre-qualification to closing while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with branch teams, train colleagues on products, partner with bankers to introduce new clients, and drive mortgage originations through targeted marketing and cross-sell programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
