Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of their loan. You will leverage deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements while collaborating with the Home Lending team to promote mortgage solutions.

You will build relationships, coach branch staff, and guide clients through FHA/VA and conventional programs, ensuring an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
