Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey—from application to closing—while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior service. You will collaborate with branch teams, mentors, and marketing partners to grow mortgage originations while upholding regulatory standards and delivering an exceptional client experience.

As part of Chase Home Lending, you will leverage deep product knowledge of FHA, VA and conventional loans to advise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
