JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Boston to guide clients through the mortgage process from origination to closing. You will train team members, meet clients, and partner with bankers to promote home loan products while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will leverage knowledge of FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and maintain strong local market insights to optimize loan originations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors branch team with product training.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds relationships with customers as an internal/external mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
