Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in the Chase Home Lending division.

You will guide clients toward homeownership, serving as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle, while leveraging team support to ensure a compliant and exceptional customer experience. The role requires mortgage lending experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, with adherence to Dodd-Frank and NMLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial product recommendations.
