Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Charleston, WV seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan.

You will market financial products, adhere to regulatory requirements, and leverage your mortgage lending expertise to grow loan originations and deepen client relationships. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with bankers, and provide consultative financial guidance based on customers’ needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of the customer's needs.
