Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in the United States to be the primary contact for clients through the life of their loan, coordinating with the Home Lending team to deliver a high-quality mortgage experience.

You will guide customers, collaborate with branches, and ensure compliance with FHA/VA and other guidelines while pursuing growth in mortgage originations across footprint territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using centralized marketing and digital tools.
• Develops partnerships with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
