Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Loan Officer to originate and process real estate mortgage loans, with support from the Mazzo Group Division to scale your brand and team. You will build referral networks, manage loan applications, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth closings.

The role emphasizes leadership in lead generation, client relations, and adherence to S.A.F.E. compliance while delivering CCM products.

Qualifications

• NMLS license required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Retail mortgage experience with knowledge of products and procedures.
• Ability to solicit new business and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate agents.
• Analyze applicants' financial status and determine loan feasibility.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions.
• Coordinate with processing and underwriting to resolve mortgage issues.
• Market CCM products to meet customers' needs and attend closings or seminars.
