Job summary

Qualifications

• NMLS license is required under the SAFe Act.
• Experience proactively soliciting new business and working with real estate partners.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and programs; ability to analyze credit requests.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with real estate agents and other lead sources.
• Generate and manage inbound/outbound loan opportunities and appointments.
• Explain loan options and collect documentation required for applications.
• Coordinate with processing and underwriting to resolve mortgage issues.
• Attend closings, participate in seminars, and support lead-generation activities.
