Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage closing process, underwriting procedures, and investor requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of Offshore Full-time Employees responsible for Closing and Disclosure Desk.
• Review and validate loan documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure all loan conditions are satisfied before funding.
