Job description

ARDRI is a leading provider of Non-QM and Business-Purpose mortgage lending solutions, dedicated to streamlining the mortgage process for TPO mortgage brokers and their clients. With a focus on a digital platform and personalized service, ARDRI offers the resources, insights, and tools needed for success in the Non-QM lending landscape.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of Offshore Full-time Employees (FTEs) responsible for Closing and Disclosure Desk.
• Review and validate loan documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure all loan conditions are satisfied before funding.
• Balancing CD ensuring No Cost to Cure Tolerances.
• Prepare and execute wire transfers for mortgage loans.
• Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, account managers, and title companies to facilitate the loan closing process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all funded loans.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may delay loan funding.
• Provide training and assistance to other Closers and Disclosure Desk for process improvement.
• Adhere to all applicable internal, external, and regulatory procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills

• Knowledge of mortgage closing process, underwriting procedures, investor requirements and escrow/title practices.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, HVCC/AIR, MDIA, Regulatory Compliance and legal requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service driven; responsive to client issues and concerns internally and externally.
• Strong team player, ability to work with general supervision while performing duties.
