The ideal candidate has over 1 year of experience in mortgage processing, familiarity with Encompass and Google Suite, and a commitment to excellent customer service. This position offers a salary of $53,000 USD plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or processing.
• Recent experience working in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
• Comfort with change and working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Gathering required documentation for loan processing/underwriting.
• Managing 50-60 loan closings per month.
• Ensuring compliance with TRID regulations.
