Professional Alternatives is seeking a Senior Mortgage Closer/Funder to manage end-to-end closing and funding for high-volume, complex loans. You will be the final checkpoint before funding—ensuring documents, fees, disclosures, and timelines (TRID) are accurate, compliant, and completed on time.

You will also handle escalations and help improve closing/funding workflows and systems, including involvement with UAT and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years mortgage closing and funding experience (senior/lead level)
• Strong TRID and state disclosure knowledge
• Post-closing exposure (investor conditions/trailing docs)
• Experience with loan origination and closing platforms
• Ability to read/interpret XML/MISMO specifications

Responsabilités

• Review/prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs), loan docs, and escrow/title instructions
• Manage closing packages, fee reconciliation, and TRID compliance
• Lead funding: wire requests, funding review, and authorization
• Resolve complex closing/funding issues; partner with title/escrow and internal teams
• Support post-closing items like investor conditions, trailing docs, and purchase suspense
• Participate in system enhancements, including UAT and issue triage
