Wealthfront MOps is seeking a senior mortgage loan closer/funder to join our team, leading final steps of loan funding and closing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and seamless customer experience. The role collaborates with engineering, vendors, and operations to scale automation and efficiency.

You will guide clients through the final steps of their home loan journey, ensuring adherence to TRID and investor requirements while helping shape backend systems and processes for faster, more

Qualifications

• Senior level mortgage closings and funding experience required.
• Experience with post‑closing activities and investor conditions advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret loan documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the final check for final documents and funding.
• Manage the closing workflow with timely package generation and fee reconciliation.
• Prepare and review CDs and loan documents for compliance.
• Lead complex closing transactions and ensure investor conditions are met.
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents and borrowers.
• Collaborate across processing, origination, post‑closing, compliance and legal.
• Partner with engineering and vendors on closing/funding system projects.
• Support daily closing, funding and post‑closing activity.
• Maintain loan pipeline and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Adopt company values in decisions and interactions.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
