Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, in the Denver market. The role emphasizes training teammates, coordinating with bankers, and driving mortgage originations while complying with regulatory standards.

You will leverage knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, real estate market insight, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
