Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Concord, NC, seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will uphold regulatory requirements while marketing Chase’s home lending products and supporting customers’ homeownership goals.

You will guide clients through mortgage options, work with bankers, and collaborate on marketing efforts to grow originations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on analysis and customer needs.
