Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to recommend based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
