Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in our Chase Home Lending division. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, guiding them through mortgage options, approvals, and closings while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
Builds as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to advise based on financial analysis and customer needs.
