Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan journey, serving as the primary contact from application to closing while coordinating with the lending team for expertise.

You will mentor branch staff, partner with bankers to grow mortgage originations, and provide consultative financial guidance based on customers' goals and circumstances to deliver an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories), and functions well within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
