Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Manager of Monetization Strategy & Pricing to lead pricing and packaging for its SaaS healthcare platform. You will drive pricing models, support strategic deals, and partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Finance to maximize value and growth.

This role emphasizes AI-driven analytics, data‑driven decisions, and cross‑functional leadership. Reporting to the Director of Monetization Strategy & Pricing, you will translate insights into actionable

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing strategy for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate into actions.
• Familiarity with value-based pricing and monetization.
• Experience supporting strategic deals and GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and execute pricing and packaging strategies.
• Lead select pricing projects and support broader initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Finance.
• Perform customer analysis, usage segmentation, and market research.
• Use AI tools to build pricing models and run scenario analyses.
• Translate pricing insights into actionable recommendations.
