PointClickCare is seeking a Strategic Finance Analytics Manager to lead financial modelling and analytics across pricing, monetization, and strategic finance. The role combines Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market with hands-on AI/ML to modernize modelling, scenario generation, and reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related quantitative field.
- 5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong financial modelling and scenario-analysis experience with revenue and pricing models.
- Hands-on AI/ML experience to accelerate modelling and reporting workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal financial and profitability models for pricing and go-to-market decisions.
- Apply AI/ML tools to accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting.
- Quantify financial impact of pricing policies, discount frameworks, and packaging structures.
- Deliver regular profitability and performance reporting to executive leadership and boards.
- Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate analytics into forecasting and planning.
