Job summary

NextGen Healthcare seeks an executive to lead pricing strategy, monetization, and packaging across its ambulatory EHR and platform offerings. You will align Product, Sales, and Finance to define value-based pricing, tiered packaging, and growth-driven monetization models.

The role demands a track record in multi-product SaaS pricing, strong executive communication, and leadership of cross-functional teams to maximize customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in monetization strategy, pricing, product strategy, or related fields in B2B SaaS.
• Proven leadership of pricing or monetization programs at scale.
• Experience establishing discount governance and value-based pricing.
• Healthcare IT or digital health experience preferred.
• Education/experience combination meeting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define holistic pricing strategy, packaging frameworks, and tiering for SaaS offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to govern pricing and discounts.
• Oversee price elasticity research and market data to inform decisions.
• Co-chair Pricing Committee; ensure margin targets and compliance.
• Lead monetization team and present data-driven recommendations to executives.
• Drive growth while maintaining financial discipline and execution discipline.
