Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the monetization transformation of Go-To-Market models across audit, transformations, and managed services in the US. You’ll drive value-based pricing, develop modular service components, and influence senior stakeholders to accelerate profitable growth.

The role requires deep pricing expertise, financial modelling, and experience shaping PS/SAAS monetization.

Qualifications

12+ years in pricing/commercials, strategy consulting, corporate development or SaaS/product commercialization.
Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, budgeting and metrics.
Knowledge of price setting techniques such as A/B testing and conjoint analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
MBA or master’s degree preferred.
Flexible hours and moderate travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercialization factory connecting product, monetization, pricing and models across services as needed.
Clarify ambiguity, identify leverage points to monetize client value and accelerate profitable growth.
Align value, usage and pricing metrics to meet definable, measurable criteria.
Decompose services into modular components with defined deliverables for monetization maturity.
Define and refine price lists, monetization models, discounts and terms to improve margins and win rates.
Build trust-based relationships to influence decision making across stakeholders.
