EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director to lead the monetization and pricing strategy for new and reimagined products across Audit, Advise, Transform, and Operate. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services pricing/commercials, strategy consulting, corporate development and/or SaaS/Product commercialization
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, accounting, budgeting and associated metrics
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative price setting techniques such as conjoint analysis and price elasticity of demand
• University/Bachelors’ degree or equivalent qualification required
• MBA or master’s degree in Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the product and service commercialization factory including pricing and monetization models across multiple business lines
• Create clarity from ambiguity by identifying leverage points to monetize client value and drive profitable growth
• Define and refine price lists, monetization models, and discount strategies to increase price realization and win rate
• Build trust-based relationships across internal and client stakeholders to unlock client value and expand EY revenues
• Coordinate governance and enablement of a scalable go-to-market monetization framework
• Support the monetization transformation from input-based to client value-driven pricing across services and products
