RTX seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer - Modeling Simulation & Analysis in Tucson, AZ to create high fidelity simulations for missile design and performance.

You will lead modeling efforts across GNC, signal processing, and performance teams, guiding junior engineers and ensuring alignment with program timelines. You will develop, evaluate, and implement simulation solutions, contributing to technology roadmaps while ensuring compliance with security requirements and client needs.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills in C/C++.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data analysis.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Create high fidelity simulations for missile design, performance, and flight tests.
• Develop modeling solutions and conduct trade studies on system/subsystem performance.
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams and provide guidance to other engineers.
• Collaborate with GNC, Signal Processing and performance personnel to conduct simulations per schedule.
• Lead projects from concept to fielded product across the program lifecycle.
