Responsibilities

Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships and close sales.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain accounts.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
May develop and submit detailed RFP responses aligned with client needs and company capabilities.
Support resolution of customer disputes and billing or installation issues.
