Job summary

CoinPoker is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own UA across Meta, Google, TikTok and in-app networks for its new free-to-play mobile poker app. You will optimize spend, test growth channels, and collaborate with creative and product teams to improve retention and monetisation.

You will manage large monthly budgets to meet CPI and ROAS targets, shape the channel mix with data-driven insights, and report weekly on spend and forecast while staying aligned with the company’s growth

Qualifications

5+ years in mobile UA with at least 3 years in gaming.
Experience scaling a title through launch and early growth.
Ability to manage large monthly budgets with ROAS targets.
Hands-on experience with Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads and in-app networks.
Knowledge of AppsFlyer, SKAN and incrementality testing.

Responsibilities

Run and optimise UA day to day across multiple channels.
Shape UA strategy and channel mix with data-backed recommendations.
Test new channels and targeting approaches for growth.
Manage relationships with platforms and networks for support and terms.
Maintain measurement setup including AppsFlyer, SKAN, postbacks, event taxonomy and fraud monitoring.
Own the creative pipeline: concepts, briefs, testing framework, scaling winners across channels.
Monitor competitors in poker and mobile gaming for benchmarks.
Collaborate with product on store listing experiments and ASO.
Hit CPI and ROAS targets; work with BI on LTV to guide spend.
Share UA learnings with product to improve retention and monetisation.
Provide weekly spend, cohort quality and forecast reports.
