Joyteractive Limited is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to lead paid campaigns for Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle across Google Ads, Meta and video networks.

You will own campaigns, analyze funnel and metrics, and scale creatives through systematic testing, with remote work in the United States.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mobile gaming UA, profitability mindset, deep knowledge of ARPU/LTV/eCPM/CPI, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mobile gaming UA.
• Experience managing paid traffic profitably.
• Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics.
• Hands-on work with Google Ads, Meta, Video Networks.
• Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns.
