Job summary

MobiSystems, Inc. is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Android) to scale our global Android product portfolio.

You’ll blend data, experimentation, and strategic thinking to drive performance across Google App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels from a remote, international, contract role. You’ll own end-to-end campaigns, test creative concepts, build dashboards, and collaborate with product, design, and data teams to optimize growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing or digital growth for mobile apps.
• Deep knowledge of Android acquisition channels (GAC, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin).
• Experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Familiarity with Google Play Console and Play Store listing funnel.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven budget decisions.
• Creative curiosity and a passion for testing.
• Strong collaboration in fast-moving cross-functional teams.
• Interest in using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Android user acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Test and scale creative concepts with designers and copywriters.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to track performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to optimize campaigns.
• Experiment with new channels and formats to push beyond current performance.
• Develop and manage relationships with ad platform partners and agencies.
• Drive efficiency with AI tools to improve workflows.
