Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager based in Germany to lead user acquisition for a newly launched free-to-play mobile poker app.

You will manage substantial budgets across major paid channels, leveraging data-driven decisions on spend, bidding, targeting, and cohort quality. Work closely with creative, product, BI, and external partners to improve acquisition performance, with success measured by CPI, retention, payer conversion, and ROAS milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile UA experience, including 3+ years in gaming.
• Experience in free-to-play poker or social casino preferred.
• Proven ability to scale a mobile title through launch and early growth.
• Experience managing large monthly acquisition budgets with ROAS targets.
• Hands-on with major networks: Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Ads, AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, Moloco.

Responsibilities

• Lead UA campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads, and networks.
• Define UA strategy and channel mix using performance data.
• Test new channels and targeting approaches for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with creative, product, BI, and partners to improve performance.
• Maintain measurement infrastructure including AppsFlyer, SKAN, attribution, and fraud monitoring.
• Own the creative testing pipeline and scale successful creatives.
