Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Technician III to expertly perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs on heavy-duty truck systems. You will diagnose failures, train junior technicians, and work between service calls in a shop setting with potential after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 7+ years with Class 7/8 trucks, diagnostic experience, welding ability, and a preferred Air Brake Certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience repairing Class 7 & 8 trucks & trailers.
• Diagnostic experience.
• Welding experience.
• Air Brake Certified (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems to determine root causes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and component replacements.
• Train new shop employees on procedures.
• Inspect orders for quality before delivery to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and safe driving standards.
