Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service in a company-owned Experience store. You will use new systems and tools to resolve customer needs from research to resolution and contribute to a team-driven sales culture.

You’ll participate in ongoing training, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with Customer Service and Engineering to create a seamless shopping experience for customers. Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience: 12+ months in a neighborhood/mobile environment.
• Care: Elite Expert in multiple care streams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Complete ongoing training to become a SME for T-Mobile products and services.
