Job summary

T-Mobile stores are looking for a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service while leveraging retail expertise. You will work with the team to solve customer pain points using new systems and tools and contribute to a product roadmap built for our Experience stores.

You will receive curated training to enhance expertise and ongoing development in a collaborative, store-wide environment focused on delivering top-notch sales and service experiences to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ months experience preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care or Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build a culture of sales and service.
