Job summary

DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead the mobile platform that powers our logistics ecosystem. You will align technical strategy with product goals, mentor engineers, and partner with product, UX and data science teams.

In a hybrid Denver-based environment, you will drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact features, ensure reliability through CI/CD, and build a world-class mobile team focused on performance and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical projects.
• Proven leadership in mobile engineering and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Customer Value at Speed: orchestrate end-to-end delivery of high-impact features with Product Managers and Designers.
• Ensure Operational Reliability: champion best practices, rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD for high availability.
• Act with Integrity and Ownership: serve as a technical leader whoUnblocks teams and resolves production issues.
• Build and Mentor a World-Class Team: hire, coach, and retain top engineering talent in a collaborative culture.
• Collaboration: work with product, DevOps, UX and data scientists across functions.
