You will combine technical leadership with mission-driven impact, guiding the application development process with a strong partnership with Product Management, UX, and Data Scientists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering management leadership roles.
• Ability to mentor and lead technical projects with high ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act with Integrity and Ownership: serve as a technical stakeholder who unblocks the team and resolves high-severity issues.
• Deliver Customer Value at Speed: orchestrate end-to-end delivery of high-impact features with Product Managers and Designers.
• Ensure Operational Reliability: champion rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD for high availability.
• Build and Mentor a World-Class Team: hire, coach, and retain top engineering talent to foster growth.
• Collaboration: work with product, DevOps, UX, and data scientists.
