This hybrid role collaborates with product, UX and data science, with a compensation range of $192,000–$274,000 plus target bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience in Software Engineering with at least 3 years as a technical people manager.
• Experience delivering complex, scalable systems.
• Experience working with Geo distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer value at speed by orchestrating end-to-end delivery with PMs and designers.
• Ensure operational reliability with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Act with integrity and ownership; unblock the team and resolve high-severity production issues.
• Build and mentor a world-class engineering team and foster a culture of innovation and growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, UX, and data scientists.
