Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building mobile applications (iOS or Android).
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and modern development practices.
• Comfortable working across mobile, backend, and product domains to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Hands-on yet capable of operating at leadership level and balancing speed with quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of key mobile initiatives across iOS and Android, improving performance and user experience.
• Own and execute a roadmap focused on scalability, responsiveness, and latency reduction.
• Drive cross-functional projects with Product, Design, and Backend teams to launch features end-to-end.
• Improve engineering quality by refining development practices, code reviews, and mobile architecture.
• Build and grow a high-performing mobile team through hiring, mentoring, and support.
• Lead improvements to release cycles, CI/CD, and testing frameworks to reduce friction.
• Contribute to broader mobile initiatives and align tooling and platform strategy.
