You will own quarterly goals for your team, guide engineers through ambiguity, and drive quality with strong coding standards and mentorship across the engineering

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mobile development experience using declarative UI like React Native.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and willingness to learn new tech.
• Ability to define a technical plan for delivering large features.
• Proven track record of safe, impactful changes in large codebases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team and guide engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics on requirements and trade-offs.
• Proactively identify issues and lead solutions across processes and tech.
• Support operations by monitoring metrics and handling on-call efforts.
• Raise code quality standards and share best practices beyond the team.
• Mentor teammates and lead by example to develop talent.
